Should you just use a data room?
If your deal is large enough that a bank or a corporate adviser is running it, they will bring a virtual data room and you should use theirs. Exitvo is for the owner-run sale below that line, where the pack is assembled by the owner and the alternative is a folder and an email thread.
No competitor price is stated here, deliberately: virtual data rooms are quoted per deal rather than published, so any figure would be invented. This hub's own price is the one figure on the page, and it is set as an estimate recorded in research/data/saas-products.tsv rather than benchmarked against a published tier.
