Write to support and a person who works on Exitvo answers, usually within one working day. Billing questions, getting your documents in, or whether the product fits where you are in the sale. We do not answer legal, tax or valuation questions, because those belong to your own advisers.

If Exitvo Pro is not doing what this site said it would, tell support within 30 days of a charge and we refund that charge. No form to find, no hoops. Cancelling needs no message at all: your account ends the subscription itself, effective at the period end. Prefer email? hello@exitvo.com reaches the same people.
