What this service is

Exitvo is software for an owner selling a business: free worksheets that compute on the page, and a paid plan that keeps the sale as a record of documents, requests and versions. We are the vendor: you buy the subscription from us directly, and there is no broker, adviser or intermediary anywhere in it.

How we are paid

Exitvo Pro is a monthly subscription: you pay us, Ellul Solutions Ltd, the legal entity you contract with, and that name appears on your Stripe receipt. It renews monthly at the price shown until you cancel.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Exitvo charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Exitvo never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

No warranty

The worksheets compute from the figures you enter and the method stated on each page. They are arithmetic, not legal, tax or valuation advice, and nothing on this site is a valuation of your business or an opinion on any document you are asked to sign; those are your solicitor's, your accountant's and your valuer's.
